MAIN TARGETS\nContribute to achieving Channel & Field Activation objectives, Perfect Store KPIs, and execution excellence targets.\n\nDrive the implementation of brand activation initiatives that increase visibility, availability, compliance, and shopper conversion.\n\nEnsure the right support in consistent execution of commercial and marketing priorities across all channels and customers.\n\n2. COLLABORATION AND TEAMWORK\nEnsure strong alignment between Field Teams, Sales Teams, Customer Development Managers, Brand Activation Teams and external agencies to achieve common objectives.\n\nAct as a role model in promoting collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.\n\nFoster a high-performance environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, diversity and inclusion.\n\nFacilitate effective communication between office and field teams, ensuring priorities are clearly translated into actionable plans.\n\nSupport capability building and best practice sharing across teams and channels.\n\n3. ANNUAL ACTIVATION PLANNING\nSupport the development of the annual Channel & Field Activation plan based on Brand Plans, customer priorities, and channel opportunities. Control and Support Field priorities, Field execution plans, visibility initiatives, merchandising strategies and Perfect Store KPIs.\n\nEnsure timely communication and deployment of activation programs to the field organization.\n\nMonitor implementation and execution quality of all activation initiatives at point of sale.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve execution performance, shopper engagement and in-store visibility.\n\nCollaborate with Brand Activation, Sales, Category Management and Field Teams to optimize activation effectiveness.\n\nEnsure all activation calendars, merchandising plans and promotional initiatives are executed according to agreed standards.\n\nProvide analysis and recommendations to improve channel execution, Perfect Store results\n\n4.
