What you will do

운영자는 생산 장비를 운영하여 하위 조립품 또는 완제품을 생산하고, 장비 세팅을 지원하며, 품질 관리 검사를 수행하고, 장비를 청소하며, 유지보수 및 수리에 대해 감독자에게 알리고, 진행 중인 작업과 관련된 정확한 기록/문서를 준비하는 책임이 있습니다.

Responsibilities

  • 팀원들과 협력하여 장비 및 시스템의 원활한 운영 보장
  • 품질 기준을 충족하도록 생산 프로세스를 모니터링하고 조정
  • 최적의 성능을 위해 장비의 정기 유지보수 수행
  • 장비 및 시스템의 문제를 해결하고 고치기
  • 생산 및 장비 유지보수에 대한 정확한 기록 유지
  • 효율성과 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 지속적인 방법 모색
  • 수립된 사양에 따라 하위 조립품 또는 완제품을 생산하기 위해 생산 장비 운영
  • 장비 세팅 및 조립 라인에서 제품의 품질 관리 검사 지원
  • 필요에 따라 장비 청소 및 장비에 대한 유지보수 및 수리 필요 사항 감독자에게 통보
  • 진행 중인 작업과 관련된 정확한 기록/문서를 준비하고 생산 문제 보고
  • 승인된 자재의 흐름을 제어하기 위해 생산 일정 및 자재 요구 사항 계획, 준비, 발행 및 관리
  • 생산 계획의 실행을 촉진하고 부서 내 일상 운영 문제에 대해 교정 조치 취하기
  • 부서 품질 및 안전 준수 보장
  • 회사의 NPD/Is 개발 및 제조를 위해 요구되는 프로젝트 지원
  • 기존 프로세스, 시스템 및 장비 개선을 실행하고 관련 부서와 협력하여 효율성과 품질을 높이고 비용을 절감하기 위한 최적화 수행
