This role requires end-to-end technical ownership of solution development, including governance, access management, and platform optimisation.\nPreferred experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, particularly within the Supply Chain domain, is highly desirable.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions using the Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.\nDevelop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports with optimised data models and efficient DAX calculations.\nBuild and manage scalable data models leveraging Dataverse and Azure data services.\nImplement and maintain Power Platform environments, including environment strategy, solution management, and deployment pipelines.\nConfigure and manage on-premises and cloud data gateways for secure and reliable data connectivity.\nImplement role-based access control (RBAC), row-level security (RLS), and data governance policies across Power Platform solutions.\nDevelop workflows and automations using Power Automate to streamline business processes and integrate systems.\nBuild canvas and model-driven apps using Power Apps, ensuring usability, performance, and scalability.\nIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Databricks.\nDesign and optimise data ingestion, transformation, and reporting pipelines.\nDevelop and optimise complex SQL queries and data transformations.\nImplement monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Power Platform and BI solutions.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nEnsure adherence to coding standards, version control, and best practices within an agile development setup.\nProvide hands-on technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.\n\nRequirements: \n6-8 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power BI Server, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Copilot.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, information technology, or a related field.\nExperience with implementing Copilot on digital products.\nStrong experience with the Microsoft Azure stack, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Databricks.\nAdvanced proficiency in DAX queries and data modelling.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAdvanced-level proficiency in SQL querying and the ability to write and optimise complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Gen AI capabilities, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the ability to leverage these tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.\nExperience leading a high-performing team of Power BI developers.\nExperience with agile methodology.\nMust have experience working in Power Apps, Power Platform Server and Power Automate.\n\nDesired Qualifications: \nA master's degree is preferred, with a specialisation in business intelligence or related areas.\nGood to have Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure.\nPreferred experience working in the CPG industry, with a strong understanding of supply chain and commercial workspace.\nExposure to enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations and large datasets.\nSkills\npower apps, power automate, power bi, powerbi","description_format":"text","description_chars":3958,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":6,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Personal Hygiene & Toiletries","OTC & Consumer Health Products"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-22T18:35:15Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Senior or Specialist Worker, Graduate Trainee, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker;
