You will apply critical thinking and creativity to develop solutions to complex problems and play a key role in supporting Kenvue's digital transformation journey.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead and mentor a team of UX designers and visual designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nManage multiple priorities across projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.\nDefine and maintain UX standards, guidelines, governance processes and best practices across all digital products.\nDesign user experiences for data products, dashboards, and BI tools that enable actionable insights and decision-making.\nCollaborate with data teams to ensure visualisation and interaction patterns are intuitive and aligned with user needs.\nDrive the creation of impactful digital designs that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.\nPlan and conduct design thinking workshops with the right set of audience and capture requirements.\nLead the E2E design thinking process for multiple projects.\nConduct user research and analysis to understand the problems, needs, and goals of users.\nCreate user personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate and validate design ideas.\nApply design thinking and user-centred design principles to create innovative and intuitive user interfaces and interactions.\nCollaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure alignment and consistency across the product lifecycle.\nStay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX design and tools.\nConduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to validate and iterate the design solutions.\nPresent and document the design deliverables and rationale to the stakeholders and internal teams.\nChampion the design process to internal and external stakeholders\nEstimate and plan the work and time needed for deliverables accurately.\nWork with deadlines, in a changing environment and across different time zones.\nConduct iterative reviews, collect feedback, and co-create with internal and external stakeholders.\nExecute robust UI testing and manage the meticulous reporting and tracking of bugs/changes.\nCommunicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth handovers.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in UX design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.\nProven expertise in design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating impactful digital solutions for enterprise, commercial, and data-related applications.\nExperience designing data-driven products and working with BI tools (e. g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).\nProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and visual design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies.\nMastery of design fundamentals (form, colour, balance, harmony, etc. ) and practical knowledge of the design process, including system maps, mind maps, personas, journey maps, wireframes, style guides, VD assets, and spec docs.\nAdvanced experience with Design Thinking processes and tools (e. g., Mural, Miro, MS Whiteboard, FigJam).\n\nTarget Universities: Design Universities, NIT, IIT, NIFT, UPES, Top universities. \nProven experience in conducting design thinking sessions with stakeholders.\nUp-to-date knowledge of UX/UI design trends, frameworks, libraries, and guidelines across web, iOS, Android, Windows, and BI platforms.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.\nStrong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and adaptability to different contexts and challenges.\nHigh levels of persistence, self-drive, enthusiasm, and a responsible attitude to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.\nBalanced interest in both technology and aesthetics.\n\nDesired Qualifications: \nMaster's degree or equivalent in Design Thinking and Innovation is preferred.\nExperience in the Supply Chain / Commercial domain or with any CPG company is preferred.\nUnderstanding databases and data structures for better design of data-centric applications.\nFamiliarity with ERP applications (e. g., SAP, Oracle) and their UX considerations.\nExperience managing multiple priorities, team leadership, and mentoring designers.\nAn attentive observer and listener;
