For more information, click here.\nWhat you will do\nMain responsibilities:\nManages activities of the Maintenance Departments to support the manufacture of Consumer products in a regulated environment and maximize the benefit to the company. Works with LT and site personnel to implement manufacturing equipment effectiveness and partners with manufacturing leads\nExecute engineering operational capex projects plus lead the technical execution of New Products Introduction (NPIs).\nPrimary responsibility for leading and deploying on-site equipment maintenance. This includes but is not limited to support to manufacturing equipment projects, CIP initiatives, asset management, reliability and business operations, plus maintenance excellence program deployment.\nThis position serves as a single point of accountability at the site level and is responsible for delivering quality, safe, compliant and productive manufacturing management, maintenance services and engineering with high focus on reliability and customer service.\nDeploys maintenance standards aligned with business priorities as set by site LT.\nResponsible for managing the site annual maintenance operating budgets, maintenance personnel and resourcing needs, maintenance resource contracts and negotiations, ensuring compliance of all maintenance personnel, both internal and external, to Kenvue standards and policies.\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, but also Chemical Engineering can be considered) discipline with 3+ years supervisory experience required.\n3+ years of relevant experience in an industrial environment (preferable in maintenance, engineering or even operations field)\nMSc plus PE/PEx/FPx certification desirable\nGood Written and oral communications at different Organizational levels\nFinancial/budget management\nAbility to effectively partner and deliver results in a Matrix environment.\nAbility to focus strategically while maintaining a tactical/operational focus\nAbility to lead a team of professionals and wage associates with diverse skills and competencies spanning business and technical areas\nAbility to lead diverse teams through change and organizational transformation\nAbility to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations\nInfluencing skills and strong analytical skills\nTechnical knowledge on maintenance management and related fields\nAbility/experience in managing staff (internal & external)\nLeadership capabilities including talent development and performance management\nWhat’s in it for you\nCompetitive Total Rewards Package\nLearning & Development Opportunities\nInclusive and collaborative work environment\nKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
