Professional Affairs - OTC plays a critical role in building and activating trusted strategic relationships with healthcare professional thought leaders and professional organizations to advance our OTC portfolio of brands within Pain and Allergy care.\nThe Manager, Professional Affairs, OTC helps to shape and execute Kenvue’s professional stakeholder engagement strategy and works closely with Medical Affairs, HCP Marketing, R&D, Legal/Compliance and external healthcare stakeholders to strengthen Kenvue’s scientific credibility, advance professional education, and support responsible engagement with influential stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategy & Professional Activation\nDevelop and execute focused professional engagement plans for OTC portfolio, aligned to business priorities, scientific strategy and applicable healthcare compliance requirements.\nBuild trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, professional societies and external experts to understand clinical needs, practice trends and establish influential network of partners, advocates across healthcare professional ecosystem. \nIdentify areas of alignment with priority healthcare professional stakeholders and societies and drive strategic co-creation and collaboration to strengthen scientific credibility and nurture advocacy. \nManage day-to-day interactions with KOLs, professional associations, and scientific influencers to support evidence-based self-care.\nIn partnership with Medical Affairs, plan and deliver expert panels, advisory boards and sponsored professional education initiatives to advance healthcare professional education and elevate scientific thought leadership of our brands. \nSupport creation of professional-facing content and engagement materials in partnership with Medical Affairs. \nEcosystem Mapping & Insights\nMaintain up-to-date professional ecosystem maps identifying key KOLs, digital influencers, and relevant organizations. \nTrack professional trends, society priorities, clinical developments, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning. \nMine and translate clinical practice insights and healthcare professional stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations for professional education, claims support, product strategy and portfolio priorities. \nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Medical Affairs, Brand Teams, R&D, Communications, and Regulatory to align activities. \nManage operational components including congress planning, sponsorship execution, grants, and partnerships in compliance with policy. \nOversee vendors and support budget tracking for assigned programs. \nEnsure professional affairs activities are planned and executed in accordance with Kenvue standards, healthcare compliance requirements and applicable industry guidelines. \nTrack program effectiveness, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate insights, risks and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners. \nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, pharmacy, nursing, public health, or a related discipline requiring engagement with professional stakeholders across healthcare ecosystem. \nRelevant experience in professional affairs, medical affairs, healthcare professional engagement or a related healthcare environment. \nStrong ability to interpret external insights from thought leaders and external landscape and translate into recommendations and programs that advance scientific understanding and education. \nExcellent leadership and partnering skills with history of building trusted, long-term relationships with diverse external stakeholders. \nExperience working cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, legal/compliance, marketing, commercial, R&D and external partners. \nStrong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage credibly with healthcare professionals and influence Marketing and R&D leadership. \nDemonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, while ensuring seamless experience for external stakeholders. \nDesired Qualifications\nAdvanced degree (PharmD, MPH, MS, PhD) strongly preferred. \nExperience in OTC, consumer health, or self-care therapeutic categories. \nExperience developing or executing healthcare professional education, advisory boards, congress plans, speaker programs or professional society engagement. \nKnowledge of healthcare compliance principles and requirements related to HCP engagement and scientific/professional communications. \nAbility to synthesize marketplace, scientific and professional insights into strategic recommendations that influence portfolio and business decisions. \nHigh learning agility, sound judgment and ability to operate with appropriate discretion in sensitive or regulated environments. \nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:\n$124,100.00 - $175,200.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive
