This evergreen role is intended for highly experienced engineers who excel at solving complex technical challenges, leading strategic initiatives, delivering business improvements, and driving engineering excellence across regulated manufacturing environments.\nSuccessful candidates may contribute to large-scale projects, operational improvements, technical strategy development, equipment optimization, automation initiatives, reliability programs, and cross-functional business transformation efforts.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide technical leadership and engineering expertise across manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and project teams.\nLead or support complex engineering projects from concept through implementation and operational sustainment.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, productivity, sustainability, and cost optimization.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement technical solutions that support business objectives.\nServe as a technical subject matter expert in one or more engineering disciplines.\nEvaluate risks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and develop effective mitigation strategies.\nSupport equipment, process, facility, utility, automation, and operational improvement initiatives.\nReview and contribute to technical documentation, project plans, engineering standards, and operational procedures.\nLeverage data analysis and industry best practices to identify opportunities for performance improvement.\nInfluence technical direction, project priorities, and strategic decision-making through strong engineering judgment and collaboration.\nMentor engineering professionals and contribute to the development of technical capabilities across the organization.\nSupport compliance, quality, and operational excellence initiatives within regulated environments.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.\nSignificant experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, project management, process improvement, automation, reliability, or related fields.\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple teams, functions, and organizational levels.\nPreferred\nAdvanced degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related discipline.\nExperience within pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health, biotechnology, food, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing industries.\nExperience supporting capital projects, operational excellence programs, manufacturing transformation, automation, or digital initiatives.\nFamiliarity with quality systems, engineering lifecycle processes, and regulatory environments.\nProfessional certifications related to engineering, project management, quality, reliability, or continuous improvement.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:\n$124,100.00 - $175,200.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
