For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nSenior Manager OperationsLocation:\nNorth America, United States, Pennsylvania, Fort WashingtonWork Location:\nFully OnsiteWhat you will do\nThe Manager, Operations provides stratetic and tactical direction to the Fort Washington Plant Packaging Team to ensure that Safety, Compliance, Customer Service, and Continuous Improvement goals are achieved.\nThis position is responsible to execute short-term production objectives ensuring proper and compliant utilization of personnel, equipment, and raw materials. This position will develop recommendations and solutions required to resolve identified obstacles.\nThe Manager, Operations will translate broader business goals and objectives (OGSMs) into an executable plan for the Packaging Department. This position will manage the supervisors and professionals on the Fort Washington Plant Packaging team as well as provide leadership and ensure alignment with other site teams including Planning, Quality, Technical Operations, GTO, and Maintenance. This position will partner with the Cross Functional Team to align on priorities and ensure appropriate resource allocation to support Fort Washington’s growth and continuous improvement objectives.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance objectives.\nEnsure compliance with GMP, regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements.\nPromote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.\nLead, coach, and develop supervisors and production teams to drive performance and engagement.\nEnsure employees are appropriately trained, qualified, and compliant with required procedures.\nOversee investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to resolve operational and quality issues.\nApprove and maintain operational procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and service levels.\nMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing action plans to address performance gaps.\nLeverage manufacturing systems, automation, and ERP tools to support operational effectiveness and decision-making.\nPartner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and R&D to achieve business goals.\nSupport capital projects, operational improvements, and strategic site initiatives.\nManage departmental resources, budgets, and workforce planning to meet operational demands.\nServe as a key point of contact during audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions.\nFoster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment focused on continuous growth and development.\nRequirements:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field required.\nExperience\n8+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related functions.\n5+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer health, or consumer packaged goods.\n3+ years of progressive leadership experience managing teams and developing talent.\nExperience leading safety, quality, compliance, service, and cost performance within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience supporting regulatory audits and inspections.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nProven track record of delivering results in manufacturing and operations leadership roles.\nStrong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams within a cross-functional matrix environment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.\nExperience driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAbility to conduct root cause analysis, risk assessments, and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with regulatory agencies and external partners.\nProficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), manufacturing systems, and Microsoft Office applications.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:\n$124,100.00 - $175,200.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
