For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nSr. Business Unit Manager Pkg/WhseLocation:\nNorth America, Canada, Ontario, GuelphWork Location:\nFully OnsiteWhat you will do\nThe Packaging Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for the safe, compliant and efficient production of high-quality packaged products. Working independently and engaging colleagues and management as appropriate, you will ensure employees perform work safely, packaging quality standards are maintained, equipment is properly set up and adjusted, and operations follow company policies and procedures.\nYou will coach employees, provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that supports continuous improvement and strong operational performance.\nThis is a full-time, 12 months contract position and resides on the week-end shift.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the safe production of packaged goods and maintain high standards of product quality, compliance and productivity. \nProvide clear day-to-day direction to packaging operators, technicians and the documentation coordinator; plan work and review work quality and quantity. \nCollaborate with Processing, Warehouse, Plant Quality, the Quality Laboratory, Facilities and Environmental, Health and Safety partners to resolve shift issues and make compliant decisions. \nSupport non-conformance investigations and internal and external audits, and help implement corrective and preventive actions. \nEdit, review and/or approve packaging procedures and work instructions. \nCoach and develop employees, provide constructive feedback, support training and contribute to performance management activities. \nCollect, monitor and report operational metrics to support execution and improvement priorities. \nChampion continuous-improvement and Environmental, Health and Safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout, and participate in site initiatives as required. \nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or a related field. \nMinimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within consumer health, pharmaceutical or another Good Manufacturing Practices-regulated setting. \nDemonstrated experience leading a team and providing clear direction, coaching and constructive feedback. \nExcellent communication, organization and workload-prioritization skills. \nDemonstrated problem-solving and multitasking capability, with sound decision-making skills. \nComputer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. \nWorking knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System and the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act. \nAbility to successfully complete the Canadian background check required for Authorized Responsible Person in Charge designation. \nDesired Qualifications\nPrevious people-management or supervisory experience. \nExperience in consumer health, pharmaceutical, food or another regulated manufacturing industry. \nKnowledge of shop-floor and compliance systems such as SAP, BIOVIA, ETQ Reliance/Symphony or a quality management system. \nExperience supporting continuous-improvement projects, audits, investigations and corrective or preventive actions. \nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$72,000.00 - $116,150.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
