生产工艺管理\n建立、维护和优化生产工艺标准及作业指导文件。\n监控生产过程关键工艺参数（CPP），确保工艺合规受控。\n提供日常生产技术支持，解决生产过程中的工艺异常。\n组织工艺偏差调查，制定并跟踪纠正预防措施（CAPA）。\n2. 持续改善与效率提升\n分析生产效率、设备利用率、质量损失及物料损耗数据。\n推动精益生产、KOE、TWM等持续改善项目。\n识别并实施降低制造成本、减少浪费和提升OEE的改善方案。\n推动数字化和自动化解决方案在生产现场落地。\n3. 新产品导入（NPI）\n参与新品开发及工艺可制造性评估。\n负责试车方案制定、工艺验证及生产放大。\n协调研发、质量、生产和供应链团队完成新品转移。\n支持项目按计划实现Speed to Market目标。\n4. 工艺验证与变更管理\n开展工艺确认、工艺验证及再验证活动。\n负责工艺变更评估及实施。\n评估生产设备、原材料或包装材料变更对产品质量的影响。\n编制验证报告并跟踪改善措施。\n5. 质量与合规管理\n确保生产工艺符合GMP、EHS及公司相关要求。\n配合内外部审计及检查工作。\n支持质量问题调查及根因分析。\n推动生产过程质量持续改善。\n6. 培训与技术支持\n为生产人员开展工艺和操作培训。\n编制和更新工艺相关SOP、WI及培训材料。\n指导现场操作人员正确执行工艺要求。\nIf you are an individual with a disability,
