For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nSr. Manager, Manufacturing ExcellenceLocation:\nNorth America, United States, Pennsylvania, Fort WashingtonWork Location:\nFully OnsiteWhat you will do\nThe Process/Project Engineering Co-Op is a 4 to 9 month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom in a consumer products manufacturing facility. This is an full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) on-site assignment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport of daily activities on-site within the facility, including but not limited to:\nProject Management Support.\nData Analysis and Root Cause Problem Solving.\nSupporting the development and implementation of innovative methods to improve site processes and performance metrics.\nValidation Activity Support.\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)\nActively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focused in: Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Systems, Computer, Bio-Medical, Electrical)\nAbility to commit to at least a 4 month duration, minimum 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) for the length of the assignment, starting in January 2027 and continuing through April 2027 with an opportunity to extend through September 2027\nAbility to work fully on-site in Fort Washington, PA\nMinimum cumulative 3.0 GPA is highly preferred\nProficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)\nAbility to provide their own transportation between home and work location on a daily basis\nDesired Qualifications\nExhibits strong analytical, organizational and communication skills\nDisplays willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills and capable of working in a fast-paced environment\nDemonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency\nDemonstrated experience with Minitab or other statistical tools, Tableau, PowerBI or similar dashboard / reporting tools\nPassionate about the consumer health industry\nWhat’s in it for you\nHourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges:\n$20.00 - $45.00\nThis takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
