For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nBusiness Unit Manager, Personal CareLocation:\nNorth America, United States, Pennsylvania, LititzWork Location:\nFully OnsiteWhat you will do\nWe are continuously building a pipeline of experienced production and manufacturing leaders to support current and future Production Supervisor opportunities across our manufacturing operations. Successful candidates will lead frontline teams, drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives, and ensure efficient execution of manufacturing activities in a regulated production environment.\nAvailable opportunities may be available on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM), 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Shift assignment will be determined based on business needs and candidate availability.\nKey Responsibilities\n Supervise production team to meet production goals related to the operation of high speed packaging lines and manufacturing platforms to support internal and external customer expectations for quality, timeliness and cost.\nEstablishes personnel schedules based on business needs. Provides input to production flow and identifies potential manufacturing risks and challenges.\nCompiles and reports out on production metrics.\nTrains staff in policies and procedures including areas of safety and quality. All activities will be completed in a manner that protects the health and safety of all colleagues and in full compliance to all policies and procedures\n Establishes a work environment that embraces change by providing the leadership needed to implement and deliver goals that achieve business and costumer & consumer's needs.\nContinuously assesses work and processes to ensure compliance to all required standards, policies, and procedures.\nFacilitate communication activities and acts as a liaison between hourly colleagues and other leaders at the site. Responsible to understand and ensure adherence to union collective bargaining agreement.\nRecommends changes to standard operational and working practices providing the leadership vital to develop and implement continuous improvements.\nWorks with Business Unit Manager to develop and implement methods and processes that optimize the flow and use of material, machine and human resources.\nSupervise all hourly colleagues on the shift within the business unit ensuring performance standards are achieved and driving employee and equipment productivity, uptime and efficiency to achieve optimum results in the areas of quality, production, health and safety, cost of goods, etc.\n Provides feedback to operational budgets and have an understanding of financial drivers.\nMaintain appropriate levels of labor, scrap, data integrity, schedule attainment, quality, up time, run time, cycle time, and housekeeping.\nRecommend changes in working conditions and equipment to increase the efficiency of the business unit and staff\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociates degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations / Manufacturing / Packaging is required.\nDemonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication in the English language is required.\nBasic to intermediate math (computational) ability is required.\nStrong analytical and technical writing skills are required.\nExcellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, listening, negotiating and problem solving / decision-making skills are required.\nProficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.\nDesired Qualifications \nExperience and/or certification(s) related to TPM, TPS, Lean, Six Sigma is preferred\nA minimum of two (2) years’ experience in GMP environments is preferred.\nPrior Supervisory experience is preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing and packaging experience is preferred.\nBasic to intermediate math (computational) ability is required.\nExperience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools is preferred.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:\n$90,100.00 - $127,200.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
