We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist - Analytical Development & Testing to join our Global R&D Analytical Operations team and contribute to the development and lifecycle management of some of the world's most trusted consumer health brands.\nThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of Self Care (OTC), Skin Health, Baby Care, and Oral Care products while leveraging state-of-the-art analytical technologies in a world-class laboratory environment.\nAs a key member of the Global Analytical Sciences organization, you will support new product development, commercial product enhancements, analytical method development and validation, stability assessment, and research initiatives. The position requires a strong commitment to scientific rigor, quality, compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalytical Testing, Method Development & Technical Excellence\nPerform analytical testing to support product development, stability programs, and commercial product lifecycle initiatives.\nExecute stability studies and shelf-life assessments utilizing analytical instrumentation, including:HPLC/UHPLC\nGas Chromatography (GC)\nIon Chromatography (IC)\nAtomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS)\nUV-Visible broad range of analytical technologies and laboratory systems.\nServe as an equipment owner for designated laboratory instruments and technologies.\nSupport instrument qualification, calibration, maintenance, and performance monitoring programs.\nDrive continuous improvement in analytical capabilities through adoption of modern technologies and digital tools.\nTechnical Documentation & experience in:Analytical Development\nQuality Control\nPharmaceutical or Consumer Health R&D\nHealthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or FMCG industries\n\nPreferred Experience\nExposure to analytical method development and validation.\nExperience working within GMP-regulated laboratories.\nKnowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity requirements.\nExperience supporting regulatory inspections and quality audits.\nFamiliarity with global quality and compliance standards.\nDigital Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nExperience with laboratory informatics
