For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nBrand Team LeadLocation:\nNorth America, Canada, Ontario, TorontoWork Location:\nHybridWhat you will do\nAs a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you will act as a business leader to drive growth on your brand through strategies & executions with a truly national impact. Just like any entrepreneur or general manager, you will be responsible for the key drivers of business performance, including:\nDeveloping and implementing a multi-year strategic business plan for your brand\nLaunching new products and building comprehensive go-to-market plans (including pricing and merchandising strategies)\nCrafting marketing communications (eg. Digital, eCommerce and social content, video, print, sampling, professional, etc.), claims and impactful media connection plans with external agency partners\nUncovering insights about the category, competitor & retail customers that drive business recommendations\nSuccessfully setting & ensuring delivery of monthly and annual shipment and consumption analysis\nConducting consumer research to uncover insights that shape in-market activations\nCollaborating with internal departments including Customer Strategy, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Global, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to coordinate team activities/projects and attain short-long term sales and profit commitments\nLeading your brand’s P&L & making investment recommendations to drive profitable growth\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nA minimum of a university degree is required; preferably in Marketing/Business or a related field.\n18 months of previous brand management or relevant marketing experience is required.\nAuthorized to work in Canada without the need of sponsorship now or in the future.\nDesired Qualifications\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others.\nStrategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are important.\nDigital marketing experience is an asset, as are budget management and forecasting skills.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$72,000.00 - $116,150.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
