In this position, you will also lead and inspire our cross-vendor Data Engineering team, driving key initiatives that shape the future of our organisation.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDevelop, customise, and manage integration tools, databases, warehouses, and analytical systems.\nDevelop data pipelines from internal and external data sources to support new product launches and drive data quality across data products.\nBuild automation and monitoring frameworks that capture metrics and operational KPIs for data pipeline quality and performance.\nAssist in implementation of best practices around systems integration, security, performance and data management.\nPartner with the business, IT, and technical subject matter experts to develop robust solutions.\nImplement DevOps, DataOps and Agile methodologies to improve KPIs like cycle times, consistency, and quality.\nMonitor the overall performance and stability of the system;
