For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nDemand Planning LeadLocation:\nNorth America, Canada, Ontario, TorontoWork Location:\nHybridWhat you will do\nThe Senior Demand Planner works closely with Demand Manager, Supply planning, Trade Customization, Project Management and Commercial teams including Marketing, and Sales Strategy to develop Consensus Forecasts for New and Existing products through Integrated Business Planning Process. They manage the SKU shipment forecast development to meet Brand and Supply objectives and attain MAPE & Bias targets for forecast accuracy.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwns Shipment Forecast at SKU and Brand level in the assigned Brands within his/her Franchise \nLeads monthly forecasting meeting(s) and prepares supporting content (known now as Demand Supply Review (DSR)) and contributes to Internal Reconciliation Review (IRR) \nEstablishes collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Finance, Trade Customization, and Sales Strategy \nUses Sales and Customer insights and data to inform the business plan and SKU forecast \nPerforms appropriate Statistical Analysis using shipment, consumption, and other sources of data \nWorks closely with Marketing and Customer Strategy to devise, prepare, and establish New Product Forecasts \nAssists in preparing appropriate cannibalization assumptions \nWorks closely with Trade Customization and Customer Strategy to prepare Special Pack/Pre-Pack forecasts \nLeverages SKU forecast performance results to drive discussion in Demand Supply Review \nHelps define, prepare and publish key metrics reports to others within the department and across other departments \nManages process & system improvement projects \nSupports long-term strategic business plan and financial plan updates \nFacilitate the inclusion of SKU vulnerability impacts to business plan and SKU forecast \nSupports Slow Moving & Obsolete Inventory Management Process \nTrains & Mentors planners and cross-functional colleagues \nDepartment Data Lead for functional and master data for Demand Planning \nProvides System Support around forecasting setup, maintenance, and general product hierarchy and makes recommendations for improvements \nTroubleshoots System & Reporting Issues \nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nRequired: Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Management Science, Mathematics or Statistics \nMinimum 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain or sales operations/category management or logistics or analytics function \nExperience preferred in forecasting and demand planning in fast-moving consumer packaged goods \nAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel as well as Business Warehouse reporting tools (e.g. Cognos, SAP BW, SAP BI HANA) \nExperience and proficiency of SAP and APO or other forecasting software \nOther skills and experience:\nStrong analytical, systems and numeracy skills with capability to master complexity \nDemonstrated bias for continuous improvement, problem solving, change management \nGroup collaboration expertise - as team member and team leader \nStrong judgment and decision-making ability \nComfortable with ambiguity \nSuperior team player who keeps calm under challenging situations \nStrategy and systems thinking perspectives \nExcellent partnering and communication skills \nAbility to effectively influence across levels and functions \nStrong customer focus (internal & external) \nStrong Business Acumen \nAbility to work within cross functional teams and independently \nDetail-oriented with understanding of big picture \nStrong Analytical Capabilities & System Knowledge \nDesired Qualifications\nMBA is an asset\nIBF, APICS and/or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is an asset\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$72,000.00 - $116,150.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
