Planner is responsible for providing statistical forecast input, analyzing internal capacity, developing plans to align supply and demand, participating in demand review processes, implementing forecasting software, monitoring performance metrics, and making recommendations for forecast improvements:\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive the local IBP process and business forecasts for the franchise he/she is responsible for and ensuring the planning processes remains integrated with business processes.\nAnalyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Demand Construction for an aligned Total Market IBP\nImplement innovative solutions to improve forecasting accuracy and resource allocation\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve planning strategies\nDevelop plans to ensure efficient introduction of new products, SKU phase in/out and product discontinuation as well as SLOB review and deployment.\nEnsure the business continuity by managing the supply disruptions and demand surges.\nAnalyses & initiates suitable actions based on planning key performance indicators and participate in regular reviews of policies, processes and procedures to achieve continual improvements.\nPrepare monthly reports within specified time frames and communicate findings to management for forecast cycles and monthly actual closings\nAssist in the preparation of special studies, reports, and analyses to drive costs & process improvements\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field\n2-4 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or related role\nUniversity/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identifying patterns, and generate actionable insights\nAbility to use computer applications as required, including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nPower BI and SAP APO / ERP is a strong advantage\nExcellent data entry and processing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy\nStrong team working and relationship building skills\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience in FMCG/retail environment\nSupply Chain Certifications (APICS, IBF) desirable\nSystem experience, including ERP (ECC, APO, SNP)\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams\nProven track
