For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nEngineering ManagerLocation:\nAsia Pacific, Thailand, Bangkok, BangkokWork Location:\nFully OnsiteWhat you will do\nWhat you will do\nResponsible for a variety of capital and expenditure projects from feasibility study, investigating, evaluation and justification through purchase and installation to completion for New Product Development Projects (NPD), Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) and New Initiative engineering projects.\nControl and organize all aspects of capital projects when designated, from initial concept scoping and cost estimating through to installation, commissioning and handover to production and maintenance..\nSelect suitable contractors and ensure the performing to company safety and quality standards.\nEstimate the total project cost set up and manage the project budget accordingly.\nEstablish the project schedule and manage the project to meet the schedule.\nInitiate and perform documentation according to SOP-0003205\nWrite procedures, training materials and assisting technical associates\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree of Engineering\nKnowledge & Skills:\nStrong engineering knowledge with practical manufacturing experience.\nUnderstanding of statistics and data analysis principles.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.\nFamiliarity with ISO, GMP, and quality system requirements.\nAbility to prioritize, lead, and deliver projects successfully.\nStrong English communication and presentation skills.\nEffective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nProficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications.\nKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
