For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nSenior Manager Customer LogisticsLocation:\nNorth America, United States, New Jersey, SummitWork Location:\nHybridWhat you will do\nThe Sr Customer Deliver Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across order management, customer service, inventory management, logistics, and customer supply chain planning. This role leverages data, automation, AI-enabled tools, and cross-functional collaboration to identify service risks, solve complex business problems, improve decision-making, and enhance the customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide Best-In-Class customer service to our Customers by maintaining strong relationships and delivering impact to key metrics.\nLead in identifying, planning and implementing end to end solutions that improve service, cost or unlock new capabilities.\nAct as liaison between Kenvue and the Customer to influence inventory and supply chain plans with the goal of growing both Kenvue and Customer sales.\nUse AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to identify trends, summarize business issues, accelerate root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.\nDevelop automated reporting, dashboards, and exception-based alerts to improve visibility to service, inventory, order management, and transportation performance.\nApply digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, SAP/BW, EDI, Celonis, and ERP systems to simplify workflows and improve speed, accuracy, and decision quality.\nUse data to recommend, and implement modifications to purchasing patterns and products for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies.\nTranslate complex data sets into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans for internal teams, customers, and leadership.\nIdentify opportunities to eliminate manual work through automation, process redesign, and standard work.\nMonitor and report critical metrics (in stock/out of stock, fill rate, and on-time delivery), and research root cause with supply chain partners and provide back in stock date and action plans to correct and prevent in the future.\nPartner with Supply Chain and Sales to provide detail by SKU recommendations to Customer to drive higher inventory during periods experiencing lift (promotional, seasonal, etc.).\nDeliver innovation to enable our business through the effective use of technology. \nDrive process and systems improvements that positively impact order management, inventory management, and dashboard measures. \nParticipate in the design & lead customer specific supply chain joint business planning, and Retail Customer Logistics’ Strategic Tactics which further our mission of being a best-in-class customer facing supply chain organization. \nIdentify opportunities and lead improvement projects to develop transportation solutions to improve on-time delivery and drive profitable growth through logistics, replenishment, and policy optimization. \nHelp resolve escalated discrepancies relating to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management through root cause identification and corrective actions. \nSupport order execution and exception management by using data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve service issues, improve process reliability, and reduce recurring manual intervention.\nProactively manage order fulfillment to meet customer demand through integration with operating company, distribution, and planning/forecasting.\n What we are looking for\nReferrered Qualifications\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. \nMinimum of 4 years of related work experience required. \nStrong collaboration and communication skills with experience working on multi-functional teams required. \nSolid problem-solving and analytical skills required. \nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI, etc.) required. \nThis position may require up to 10% domestic travel. \nExperience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or related operations.\nProficiency with MS Office, including advanced Excel.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as proficiency with computer systems.\nStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships with our top customers and sales teams and to work effectively on cross-functional teams.\nAbility to think strategically, challenge convention, and be willing to take a leadership role within the team.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPreferred experience growing businesses through entrepreneurial collaboration.\nBusiness applications experience preferred, such as SAP, BW, EDI, or other ERP Systems.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:\n$90,100.00 - $127,200.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
