business intelligence solutions.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead the development and implementation of advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.\nUtilise storytelling skills with data visualisation to translate complex data into compelling business insights that resonate with stakeholders.\nMentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Power BI development.\nWork closely with stakeholders to understand their analysis and decision-making requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet those needs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI with other digital solutions and drive innovation.\nUtilise Microsoft Azure stack technologies to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across various platforms.\nDesign and construct complex data models to improve data analytics and reporting capabilities.\nWrite advanced DAX queries to extract and manipulate data for complex reporting requirements.\nManage and optimise Power BI Server for enhanced performance and scalability.\nMaintain and support existing Power BI solutions, making strategic improvements as business needs evolve.\nDemonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, effectively communicating and managing expectations across various levels of the organisation.\nStay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies; proactively identify and pursue opportunities for innovation and improvement.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, information technology, or a related field.\n4-6 years of work experience with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power BI Server, Power Platform, Power Apps, and/or Co-pilot.\nStrong experience with the Microsoft Azure stack, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL Database.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Gen AI capabilities, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the ability to leverage these tools to enhance productivity and decision-making\nAdvanced proficiency in DAX queries and data modelling.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nProficiency in SQL querying and the ability to write and optimise complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.\nA master's degree is preferred, with a specialisation in supply chain or related areas.\nExperience working in the CPG industry, with a strong understanding of supply chains, is preferred.\nExperience implementing Microsoft Co-Pilot on digital products is preferred.\nMicrosoft certifications in business intelligence or data analysis are a
