note that this is a fixed-term contract position, starting immediately and until June 2027.\nAs the QC Microbiology Supervisor, you will:\nLead and supervise the daily operations of the QC Microbiology laboratory.\nEnsure microbiological testing is performed in accordance with approved procedures, GMP requirements, and regulatory expectations.\nReview and approve laboratory data, investigations, and documentation.\nManage environmental monitoring, water testing, and microbiological support for manufacturing operations.\nSupport deviation investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments.\nEnsure laboratory personnel are trained, qualified, and performing activities safely and effectively.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and compliance.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support production goals.\nParticipate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.\nExperience in Quality Control Microbiology within a pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health, or regulated manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.\nExperience leading teams and developing laboratory personnel.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with environmental monitoring programs.\nExperience with deviation
