In this dual role, you will work closely with the Senior Aprimo Configurator and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, test configurations, and ensure high-quality platform delivery.\nThis role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution while ensuring system integrity through thorough testing.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Aprimo configuration, workflows, digital asset management, and user experience.\nDevelop clear and concise user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide configuration and development work.\nAssist the Senior Configurator in translating business requirements into Aprimo-specific configuration recommendations.\nParticipate in discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and platform demos to validate requirements and refine functionality.\nMaintain and update business process documentation, requirements logs, and change requests.\n Quality Assurance & Testing\nDevelop and execute detailed test cases and test plans for Aprimo configurations, workflows, and integrations.\nPerform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.\nTrack and document bugs, issues, and change requests using project management or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).\nValidate system performance post-configuration changes and platform updates.\nCollaborate with the Senior Configurator and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in business analysis and/or QA testing, preferably in a marketing operations or digital platform context.\nStrong understanding of marketing and creative workflows, digital asset management, or project/work management systems.\nFamiliarity with Aprimo or similar platforms (e.g., Workfront, Adobe Workfront DAM, Brandfolder, Bynder, etc.) is strongly preferred.\nExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.\nExperience with test management tools and agile/scrum methodologies.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience working in a Marketing Technology or Marketing Operations environment.\nExposure to enterprise systems integrations (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS, PIM, or CRM systems).\nProficiency in collaboration tools like Jira,
