For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nPrincipal Engineer Package DevelopmentLocation:\nNorth America, United States, Pennsylvania, Fort WashingtonWork Location:\nHybridWhat you will do\nTechnical Operations Package Development Engineer Co-Op January - June 2027\nThis position reports into Technical Operations Principal Engineer, Package Development and is based at Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.\nThe Tech Ops Package Development Co-Op provides each student with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country. Multi-functional collaboration provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization and develop your leadership, analytical, and project management skills to build a strong career foundation.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport package development activities for a broad portfolio of consumer healthcare products including OTC drugs and dietary supplements\nCreate and/or update packaging component and assembly drawings and material specifications\nDocument all packaging design, development, and testing to comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements\nSupport package development activities in Manufacturing Operations including packaging line trials\nInteract with outside suppliers for packaging component development, evaluation, and testing\nRecommend alternatives and solutions to resolve supply chain disruptions and emerging requirements\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nCandidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering/Science, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree.\nMinimum GPA of 2.8 is required\nCandidates must be diligent, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks\nCandidates must have the ability to work individually (independently) as well as on a team\nAbility to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills is required\nCandidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nDesired Qualifications\nDemonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus/community service activities is desired Candidates must:\nBe available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the co-op term\nBe available to travel to the office.
