For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nMS&T Process Science LeaderLocation:\nEurope/Middle East/Africa, Italy, Lazio, RomeWork Location:\nFully OnsiteWhat you will do\nKenvue is currently recruiting for:\nLaboratory Internship in Technical Operations\nKenvue is now part of Kimberly-Clark\nWhat You Will Do\nMain responsibilities:\nThe six-month internship will focus exclusively on a laboratory-based mixing process improvement project for liquid cosmetic products manufactured at the Pomezia site.\nThe intern will support the following activities:\nPreparation of small-scale laboratory batches to evaluate and improve mixing processes.\nPreparation and characterization of intermediate formulations used during product manufacturing.\nEvaluation of formulation and process variables that may affect product quality and stability.\nAssessment of mixing conditions and ingredient addition sequences to identify the most effective manufacturing approach.\nExecution and monitoring of accelerated stability studies to support shelf-life assessment.\nCollection, organization, and analysis of experimental data.\nInterpretation of laboratory results and identification of opportunities for process improvement.\nPreparation of technical documentation, including study plans, technical assessments, and stability reports.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMaster’s degree, postgraduate qualification, or equivalent specialized academic background in Cosmetic Science or Cosmetic Product Formulation.\nTheoretical and/or practical knowledge of cosmetic formulation, cosmetic raw materials, and laboratory-scale preparation of cosmetic products.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team.\nAbility to work in a dynamic environment.\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn.\nCuriosity and a strong interest in laboratory activities and cosmetic product formulation.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability.\nProficiency in Italian.\nFluency in written and spoken English.Curiosity and a strong interest in laboratory work and cosmetic product formulation,\nGood skills of ownership and accountability,\nProficiency in Italian language,\nFluent in English (written and oral).\nWhat’s in it for you\nLearning & Development Opportunities\nEmployee Resource Groups\nMonthly Reimbursement: 800 euros\nKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
