For more information, click here.\nWhat You Will Do\nThe Trade Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of compliant cross-border trade activities, contributing to the accurate and timely movement of materials across international borders. The role supports day-to-day trade operations for international material movements, ensuring activities are performed in accordance with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal compliance policies.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute assigned import, export, and transit activities in accordance with established procedures and governance frameworks\nSupport end-to-end movement of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished goods (FG), and other dutiable or non-dutiable materials, from material availability at origin through customs clearance and physical receipt at destination\nPrepare, validate, and maintain trade and customs documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements\nCoordinate customs clearance activities with customs brokers and relevant service providers, supporting timely and compliant release of goods\nSupport logistics hand-offs across transportation providers, customs, and destination sites to ensure continuity of material flows\nMonitor trade execution status, identify routine issues, and escalate exceptions, delays, or compliance risks in line with defined escalation protocols\nSupport monitoring of trade service provider performance, including documentation quality, service delivery, and adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements\nMaintain accurate trade execution data in ERP and trade-related systems, supporting reporting, visibility, and audit readiness\nRespond to internal stakeholder inquiries related to trade execution status and documentation\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying execution issues and process improvement opportunities\nExecutes trade activities within defined procedures and authority limits\nEscalates compliance, execution, and service provider issues in accordance with governance frameworks\nTeam Leadership & People Management\nNo direct people management responsibility\nWorks collaboratively within the trade operations and supply chain teams\nBudget & Financial Accountability\nNo direct budget ownership\nSupports cost control through accurate execution, issue resolution, and service provider coordination\nStakeholder & External Interface\nInternal: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Compliance, Planning\nExternal: Customs brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, export warehouse vendors, regulatory authorities (as required)\nKey Decision Rights\nExecutes trade activities within defined procedures and authority limits\nEscalates compliance, execution, and service provider issues in accordance with governance frameworks\nWhat We Are Looking For\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience\n5-7 years experience in trade operations, international logistics, or customs coordination\nAdequate knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes\nExperience preparing or supporting trade documentation\n Language knowledge will be an added advantage - Korean, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia.\nProficiency in ERP systems and standard office tools\nDesired Qualifications\n5-7 years of experience in trade operations, customs brokerage support, freight forwarding, or international logistics\nWorking knowledge of customs clearance processes and trade documentation\nExposure to cross-border movements of materials or finished goods\nStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracy\nAbility to manage routine execution issues and escalate appropriately\nCompetencies & Skills \nTrade execution and documentation accuracy\nCompliance awareness and procedural discipline\nAttention to detail and analytical thinking\nStakeholder coordination and communication\nTime management and prioritization\nWorking Conditions \nMulti-country or international operational environment\n Hybrid or onsite working in line with company policy\n Occasional travel as required\nCompliance & Ethics Statement \nThe role is required to comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including those related to trade compliance, financial controls, data protection, and code of conduct.\nWhat’s In It For You\nCompetitive Benefit Package\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!\nLearning & Development Opportunities\nEmployee Resource Groups \nKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
