For more information, click here.\nRole reports to:\nManager Transportation OperationsLocation:\nNorth America, United States, New Jersey, SummitWork Location:\nHybridWhat you will do\nThe Transportation Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of transportation lanes ensuring consistent product availability and the highest levels of customer experience. Including scheduling and routing shipments, analyzing transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs, verifying purchase order and bill information, monitoring orders from start to finish, coordinating with carriers, preparing for carrier contract negotiations, and collecting data for monthly reports.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage a portfolio of transportation lanes within the Kenvue network and ensure optimal service, including tactical issues, on an exception basis. \nAnalyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective transportation operations.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve transportation processes.\nIdentify and implement innovative solutions to enhance transportation efficiency and reduce environmental impact.\nDevelop and implement transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.\nCollaborate with carriers to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service agreements.\nMonitor carrier performance and implement programs to improve service quality.\nPrepare and distribute reports on transportation metrics and performance.\nAssist with the development of transportation budgets and forecasts.\nCoordinate with sales and production teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.\nResearch and evaluate new transportation technologies and methods.\nAdditional responsibilities include coordination, track & trace/exception management for assigned transportation lanes, and ad-hoc operational analytics to drive day to day business efficiencies. \nIdentify and mitigate transportation risks to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods. \nDeliver results across critical metrics owned by Transportation such as on-time delivery, cost improvement programs, freight spend performance vs. budget, security infraction rates, and quality deliverables. \nUp to 10% of travel.\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree insupply chain, transportation, logistics, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in transportation analysis or a related field.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.\nRequires experience in logistics, customer service, transportation, distribution, operations, supply chain, and/or information technology. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with various groups including customers, sales offices, DCs, and plant production departments. \nAbility to handle multiple priorities successfully and work independently while demonstrating initiative.\nDesired Qualifications\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with transportation management systems (TMS)\nKnowledge of Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools and methodologies.\nAbility to think creatively and identify innovative solutions to transportation challenges.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:\n$72,675.00 - $102,600.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
