You will also collaborate with other departments to manage material flow and contribute to budget and productivity reporting:\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement dynamic warehouse workflows that optimize space utilization and enhance inventory accuracy.\nLead cross-functional teams to innovate safety protocols, reducing workplace incidents while maintaining operational efficiency.\nDevelop and deploy technology-driven solutions, such as automated tracking systems, to streamline inventory management.\nMentor and cultivate a high-performing team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.\nCollaborate with supply chain partners and cross-functional teams to anticipate demand fluctuations, optimize material flow, and proactively adjust warehouse operations.\nAnalyze operational data and compile productivity reports to identify bottlenecks, elevate throughput, reduce costs, and support operational planning.\nChampion sustainability initiatives within the warehouse, promoting eco-friendly practices and waste reduction.\nOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, and maintenance to ensure seamless workflow.\nDelegate and monitor work assignments to warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards.\nSchedule and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs on all warehouse equipment and facilities.\nManage periodic inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock records.\nEnsure proper storage and handling of materials to comply with safety and environmental regulations.\nDevelop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures for warehouse safety and efficiency.\nContribute to budget planning and monitor expenditures to maintain cost control.\nProactively identify and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction, logistics, and quality within warehouse operations.\nWhat we are looking for\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.\n6-8 years of progressive experience in warehouse supervision or related logistics roles.\nStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with stakeholders.\nProficiency in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.\nDesired Qualifications\nProven expertise in leveraging warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analytics tools to drive operational excellence.\nDemonstrated leadership skills with a track record of inspiring teams to exceed performance targets in fast-paced environments.\nStrong problem-solving aptitude with the ability to innovate processes that enhance safety, efficiency, and accuracy.\nExceptional communication skills to effectively liaise between frontline staff, management, and external partners.\nAdaptability to evolving technologies and commitment to continuous learning in warehouse operations and logistics.\nExperience in implementing sustainable practices within warehouse settings, aligning with corporate social responsibility goals.\nResults-driven and proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage teams without direct authority.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills to develop strategic and actionable business plans.\nAbility to balance long-term objectives with short-term operational goals.\nExceptional presentation skills to communicate insights and recommendations clearly to management.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:\n$90,100.00 - $127,200.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.\nCompetitive Benefit Package*\n\nPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!\n\nLearning & Development Opportunities\n\nKenvuer Impact Networks\n\nThis list could vary based on location/region\n\n*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
