data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.\n\nUpdate existing records accurately and in a timely manner.\n\nRetrieve information from databases or electronic files as required.\n\nPerform regular backups to ensure data preservation.\n\nSort, organise and safely maintain paperwork after data entry to prevent loss and facilitate easy retrieval.\n\n KEY OUTPUTS / DELIVERABLES\n\nTimely and accurate data entry and record updating.\n\nAccurate preparation and maintenance of departmental records and reports.\n\nSafe storage and organisation of documents for easy retrieval when required.\n\nStrict adherence to relevant departmental policies, procedures and processes.\n\nTimely retrieval, processing and updating of information within the relevant systems.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nHigh school certificate with an overall grade of C+ or above.\n\nA minimum grade of C+ in Mathematics.\n\nKEY SKILLS & COMPETENCES\n\nFast and accurate typing skills.\n\nExcellent knowledge of word-processing tools and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Word and Excel.\n\nWorking knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware and peripheral devices.\n\nBasic understanding of databases.\n\nGood command of English, both written and spoken, together with good customer service skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail.\n\nA high level of
