is a shift-based role covering 24/7 operations, with alternating day and night shifts on a 4 days on / 4 days off schedule.\nWhat to Expect in the Job:\n Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting \n Electro-Mechanical Repairs \n Provide Technical Support \n Closely Monitor Line and Machine Performance \n Work with Equipment Suppliers on New Equipment, Installations, and Modifications \n Troubleshooting Using PLC Programs \n Minimal Breakdown Recovery Time \n Optimise Overall Equipment Effectiveness \nPlease note: This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may change based on business needs.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n A Trade Qualification is essential. \n Strong mechanical and electrical background. \n Natural process awareness and attention to detail. \n Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting is a plus. \n Comfortable with computer systems and digital tools. \n Observant and able to work independently when needed. \n A team player with a
