Such activities may include (but are not limited to): 6S, SIC, TPM, TQM, JIT and SMED.\nPromote a culture of Operational excellence through supporting company policies and lean initiatives playing an active role in its formation and implementation.\nConstructively challenge standards relating to operational performance, food safety, quality and health and safety.\nEscalate problems in a timely manner through the appropriate channels as required offering solutions where appropriate.\nTo liaise with the relevant department members in finding solutions to problems.\nEnsure the culture of continuous improvement is maintained and developed in the production area through the delivery of project improvement plans.\nHave an active role in the writing of line-based SOP’s providing accurate information to ensure procedures are accurate.\nGenerate ideas for improved performance from your direct reports and action-based improvement plans.\nTo uphold and promote the values of the company including Teamwork, Responsibility, Ambition and Passion for Food both internally and external to the organisation.\nEnsure the company return to work procedure is followed at all times.\nEnsure line team are wearing PPE correctly and in line with training.\nDeputise during period of absence for the Production Shift Manager.\nThis is not an exhaustive list and responsibilities may change in line with the needs of the business and individuals’ capabilities.\nBenefits\n22 days annual leave per year (after probation).\nAnnual Holiday Purchase Scheme - Need a little more time off?
