You'll work with and learn from the smartest people in the industry and have a blast doing it.\nRole Overview:\nKepler is seeking an Principal Product Manager (Associate VP level) who combines strong product development skills with excellent communication abilities to join our team in revolutionizing the marketing ecosystem through our Kepler Intelligence Platform (Kip). You'll work with a strong technical team to build innovative products that solve complex problems, leveraging both traditional approaches and AI-powered solutions, while ensuring our solutions meet stakeholder needs and drive meaningful adoption across the organization.\nThis is a NYC or Philadelphia-based hybrid role. To support team alignment, we work in-office Tuesday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays\nWhat Sets You Apart: \nYou're product-obsessed: You have a track record of shipping successful products and can break down complex problems into actionable solutions.\nYou're data-driven: You use metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure success.\nYou're a strategic thinker: You can balance short-term wins with long-term product vision.\nYou're collaborative: You excel at working across teams and building consensus around product decisions.\n You're an effective communicator: You can clearly articulate product vision and technical concepts to diverse audiences.\nResponsabilities:\nBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand their needs and gain buy-in for our solutions.\nTranslate technical capabilities into compelling narratives that demonstrate clear business value.\nOversee all stages of the product development lifecycle across your suite from beginning to end, delivering demonstrable, broad-scale impact to the company.\nTransform business problems into effective AI prompts and workflows, while clearly communicating both capabilities and limitations to stakeholders.\nCreate and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training materials that drive adoption.\nPartner with our engineering team to ensure our technical solutions address real business needs.\nServe as the voice of the customer within the product development process.\nIdentify and remove barriers to adoption through effective communication and relationship building.\nDevelop communication strategies to highlight product wins and success stories.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n8+ years in product management with demonstrated success in shipping impactful products (experience working on internal products is a bonus).\n2+ years experience working in advertising, marketing, media, or adjacent industry\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives.\nStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.\nExperience working with AI tools and understanding their practical limitations in business contexts.\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into actionable AI prompts and solutions.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).\nProven ability to translate user needs into product requirements and technical specifications.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in marketing technology or advertising platforms.\nUnderstanding of data analytics and marketing performance metrics.\nBasic technical literacy with query languages (SQL) or programming languages.\nTransparency is fundamental to Kepler’s culture.
