Master’s degree in business is advantageous.\n\nFamiliarity with technology trends and innovation drivers in high-side cooling systems and industry best practices will be advantageous.\n\nCreative and innovation thinking with proven track record of energy transition success in securing new contracts in cooling sector.\n\nSolid commercial understanding with basic financial modelling, payback period analysis, etc. crucial .\n\nPassion for new technologies and technical acumen to evaluate their relevance in sustainability and energy efficiency.\n\nExcellent project and stakeholder management skills, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n\nUnderstanding of cooling business and service-based business models, including best practice processes.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary lean team environment and to take initiative and deliver projects independently when required.\n\nThis role is based in Singapore but focuses on business development for the India market.
