and supervise all maintenance processes including contract management\nResponsible for the preparation and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedule of equipment and to ensure that work methods are implemented and comply with the establish standards and procedure\nPlan, implement and monitor service and maintenance programme of DCS plants’ facilities\nPlan and manage repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates\nReview and improve maintenance program\nReview contractor’s maintenance reports and plan necessary maintenance activities\nTrack expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance\nPerform spares analysis to ensure critical spares availability\nSubmit maintenance performance reports\nUpkeep of all maintenance documentation\nSupport all internal/external audits\nSupport all statutory information/data submission.\nEnsure operations and maintenance activities compliance with all the EHS rules and regulations\nImprove health, safety and environmental aspects of the company by taking all responsible steps to protect the health and safety of themselves, their colleagues and other members of the community\nAny other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by Management\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nJob Requirement: \nDiploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering\nMinimum 5 years of relevant working experience\nGood understanding of the technical features ACMV and District Cooling System\nPractical experience in Energy Management System (EMS) and is conversant in local/remote control and monitoring system as well as in instrumentation\nStrong knowledge facilities machines and equipment\nExcellent organizational and leadership abilities with supervisory/managerial experience\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\nGood
