The successful candidate will serve as:\nA Change Advisory Board (CAB) Approver responsible for evaluating and authorizing changes that impact DC Operation’s infrastructure. A Trainer for the Data Center Facility Equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/General Facility Systems) domain to upskill the Data Center Operations Team.\nThis is a role ideally for someone with strong technical expertise, a passion for knowledge transfer, and leadership capabilities to influence and align with best practices across multiple mission-critical data center sites in APAC. The incumbent will lead and work closely with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance the training materials.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. CAB Approver Responsibilities:\nA formal body that evaluates proposed changes in (OT) facility environments to ensure minimal risk and business disruption. CAB Approvers assess changes for feasibility, risk, impact, and alignment with policies.\nReview and approve change requests affecting the facility infrastructure of data centers.\nAssess risks, business impact, compliance, and technical feasibility of changes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of changes.\nMaintain documentation of approvals and ensure alignment with change management policies.\nParticipate in regular CAB meetings and provide technical input.\nParticipation in off-hours CAB meetings or emergency changes as needed.\n2. Trainer - Electrical, Mechanical & General Facility Management Systems:\nAn expert responsible for educating and upskilling team members through structured programs, hands-on sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with standards.\nDevelop and deliver training programs on electrical, mechanical and general facility systems.\nConduct onboarding training for new hires and regular upskilling for existing staff.\nOrganize practical workshops, simulations, and walkthroughs of critical systems.\nEvaluate training effectiveness and update content as needed based on new technologies or standards.\nMaintain a knowledge base of SOPs, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.\nLeverage AI and digital learning technologies to convert classroom-based training materials into engaging, self-paced online courses, including human-like voice narration, videos, interactive content and knowledge checks.\nDevelop AI-assisted assessments and self-marking quizzes to enable automated testing, scoring, feedback and identification of competency gaps.\nUse AI to create relevant training scenarios, case studies, simulations and refresher content from operational incidents, lessons learned and technical knowledge.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or a related field.
