Prepares SOP, MOP, EOP and WI\nPrepare Change Management document for major activity and attends ChangeAdvisory Board meeting\nDevelop a measured program based on Key Performance Indicators and ServiceLevel Agreements\nEscalate incidents and issues, adhering to incident process and procedure. Prepareincident report or root cause analysis report\nIdentify and carry out corrective and repair programs on electrical, mechanical, firesuppresson and BMS, etc. Conduct annual review on end-of-life components\nConduct technical inspection for project hand-over process c/w defects. Participate in project testing and commissioning\nEnsure new installation and maintenance of electrical equipment is safe, correct and complies with Suruhanjaya Tenaga's requirement\nMaintain the building utilities operations for the plant and ensuring the plants meets all Municipal and government requirement such as DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and etc.\nEnsure that equipment meet operational performance expectations & comply with Green Mark / TIA Standards\nEnsure all licenses are renewed in timely manner\nConduct supervision and hands-on training to junior peers (technicians, handyman and members entering critical space)\nRespond to after-hours and unplanned 'disaster response' emergencies/contingencies as and when required without prior notice\nPrepare documentation & attends internal, external or client’s audit\nPerform any additional services needed to meet the requirements of the facility in support of maintenance function\nTravel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department\nSuch other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of Company will communicate such changes to you in writing\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nQualified candidates will possess the following:\nDiploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent field of study required.\n5+ years of experience in a data center or other Critical Environment required (preference is given to data center, hospital, pharmaceutical production or power plant experience).\nExperience in Data Centre operations or critical facility management is advantageous\nStrong leadership and people management skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nGood planning, organisational, and problem solving skills\nAbility to influence, collaborate, and drive outcomes effectively\nCustomer-oriented with
