The successful candidate will work closely with investors and cross functional teams including client solutions, portfolio management, fund controller, legal, and compliance, addressing an alignment of needs across fund strategies, sponsor considerations, investor needs and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFund Design, Structuring\n\nDesign and recommend optimal fund structures, considering tax, regulatory, and investor requirements.\n\nIdentify and implement structuring solutions to meet specific investment strategies or investor needs\n\nEnsure fund structures comply with relevant regulatory requirements and laws.\n\nStay up-to-date with regulatory changes and assess impact on fund structures.\n\nWork closely with capital raisers, investment teams, portfolio managers, legal, compliance and operations to ensure seamless fund launches and operations.\n\nFee Negotiation, Documentation:\n\nNegotiate fund fees and terms with prospective investors, ensuring alignment with fund strategy, investor appetite and respective EXCO approvals.\n\nIdentify fee simulation for comparative analysis and decision-making\n\nCommunicate complex structuring concepts to stakeholders.\n\nEnsure alignment of terms to EXCO approvals\n\nWork with external counsels to draft and reeview fund documentation, including LPAs, side letters and other relevant documentation\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nMinimum 8 years of relevant experience working with private funds and deep knowledge of alternative asset management industry, with a preference for private credit and/or infrastructure.\n\nStrong academic qualification\n\nDeep understanding of Real Asset markets and fund structuring are highly desirable.
