A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful.\nSince October 2015, Demna Gvasalia has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director.\nThe Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion.\nWe are currently seeking a Sales & Client Advisor who will report to the Store Director.\nJob Description\nYour opportunity\nYou will be accountable for sustaining the brand image, achieving sales and KPIs goals, managing the store team, recruiting, retaining, and developing clients, and guarantees compliance with all processes and guidelines set by the brand in order to bring the store to its full potential.\nHow you will contribute\nEnsure to achieve daily and monthly sales targets & KPIs by using appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met\nAct as a “host” for customer, interact and consistently strengthen and build strong customer relationships\nDevelop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent and professional customer service\nReplenish stock, maintain high standards of merchandise. Product presentation and control products from a quality point of view\nMaintain store cleanness and tidiness, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the visual merchandising standard\nSupport all the store processes compliance and follow-up \nWho you are\nPrior experience in multinational brand environment.
