An inclusive brand with exclusive products Bottega Veneta is as much of a feeling as it is an aesthetic.Job Description\nWe are currently seeking a Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Singapore.\nHow you will contribute:\nAchieving monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta way to sell\n\nDeliver a memorable retail experience through: initial contact (body language and greeting), assessing the client's needs, make the client dream (romance the product), offering excellent after sales service/follow up\n\nLearn from Store Manager and store team how to maximize business opportunities\n\nEstablish and nurture strong and trustful relationships with all the clients to surpass their expectations.\n\nPerform with energy, is proactive, does not give up and actively researches ways to improve results/solve problems.\n\nCollect the feedbacks from customers on the collection and provide them to the Store Manager\n\nGather information on competitor activity, visiting competitors, read editorials, magazines etc\n\nContribute to team work, adapts to different personalities, is flexible, seeks support from and provides support to colleagues\n\nEnsure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards\n\nWho you are:\nMinimum 2 years relevant experience in the luxury retail industry\n\nPossess initiative, meticulous and details oriented\n\nDemonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the brand and retail industry\n\nAble to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance\n\nPrior working experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory\n\nAbility to communicate in English & Chinese\n\nTeam player with ability to perform in fast pace environment\n\nWhy work with us?\nThis is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibility to learn and grow.
