An inclusive brand with exclusive products Bottega Veneta is as much of a feeling as it is an aesthetic.Job Description\nWe are currently seeking a EMEA Financial Controller who will be based in Milano and report to the European Financial Controlling Manager.\nHow you will contribute\nSupport the EMEA controlling and reporting activities, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial information across the region.\nAssist in the preparation and analysis of monthly management reporting and business performance reviews.\nCollaborate with local finance teams, the Financial Shared Service Centre and Corporate Functions to ensure timely and accurate financial information.\nSupport the monthly closing process and preparation of management reporting packages.\nPrepare monthly profit and loss analyses, highlighting variances versus budget, forecast and prior year.\nAssist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-term planning exercises in line with Group guidelines.\nConsolidate financial information received from countries and departments and ensure data consistency.\nMonitor operating expenses and support budget owners in understanding performance and cost trends.\nPrepare recurring and ad hoc financial analyses to support business decision-making.\nSupport internal and external audit requests and assist with statutory reporting requirements.\nContribute to process improvements, reporting automation and standardization initiatives across the region.\nWho you are\n3/4 years of experience in controlling team or audit firm\nPrevious experience in retail controlling for fashion brands is highly appreciated\nGraduated in Business Administration, Management or similar\nNaturally accurate and deadline-oriented\nCollaborative, analytical skills and ability to work well within a team\nProactive and problem-solving attitude\nDynamic, stress resistant, reacting fast and willing propose solutions\nAdvanced user of MS Office pack\nAdvanced knowledge of software SAP and Hyperion is a plus\nFully fluent in English, read, spoken and written.
