We are committed to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.\nHow you will contribute\nSupport the organization and operational management of the Accademia Labor et Ingenium, contributing to the planning and delivery of its educational programs.\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for employees across the Veneto sites.\nAssist in the logistics and administration of learning activities, including scheduling sessions, managing attendance, and preparing materials.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives.\nMonitor and track training participation and feedback, contributing to reporting and continuous improvement efforts.\nHelp maintain and update learning management systems and internal documentation.\nCoordinate and monitor the execution of mandatory training campaigns required by the Kering Group, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.\nSupport the management of interprofessional training funds, including administrative processes, project tracking, and reporting.\nSupport the management of the learning budget, including cost tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting in collaboration with the HR and Finance teams.\nAssist in the organization of people engagement events and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.\nWho you are\nA genuine passion for learning and people development, with a proactive and curious mindset;\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point;\nFluent in Italian and proficient in English;\nExcellent organizational, project management and problem solving skills;\nAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse departments;\nWillingness to travel across the Veneto region and to Milan for work-related activities and events.\n\nWhy work with us?\n\nThis is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
