An inclusive brand with exclusive products Bottega Veneta is as much of a feeling as it is an aesthetic.\nWe are currently seeking a Supervisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.\nYour opportunity\nAssisting Store Manager to manage the activities and operations in the store in accordance to the company principles and guidelines and setting a fine example for its subordinates.\nHow you will contribute\nHas all the assignments of a Senior Sales Associate and considered as a point of reference for the rest of the staff.\nIdentifies and evaluates deeply people’ strengths and areas of improvements based on observation and measurable results. Gives effective feedback to obtain skills and performance improvement.\nIs in charge of delivering the quarterly touch base with the supervision of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.\nCoaching store members and ensuring that the clienteling activities are in place in order to maximize sales.\nEnsuring the collaboration and information sharing of subordinate and regular experience sharing sessions are conducted.\nAssist Store Manager to communicate company’s policies, memoranda and general information to the staff in a clear & concise manner to ensure understanding & support.\nManage and ensures that the shop is always in an impeccable condition.\nGuarantees the all procedures are properly followed when Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager are not there\nWho you are\nAt least 4-6 years of luxury retail sales / store operations experience, which at least 2 years at supervisory level\nAble to build fruitful, long-term relationships with customers from all over the world.\nAn experienced salesperson, preferably from within luxury fashion.\nAn excellent communicator.\nA driver of great commercial results, time and time again\nA multi-tasking team player who thrives a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment.\nExhibits positivity, is able to influence others, listens and provides effective support to colleagues, has the ability to adapt to different and multicultural personalities.\nWhy work with us?\nThis is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
