You will inspire and develop the team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative targets providing a unique in-store experience.\nHow you will contribute\nTranslate business targets into clear weekly and daily individual objectives, ensuring continuous monitoring of performance against KPIs and driving accountability across the team. Identify and implement targeted initiatives to capitalize on business opportunities, including events, specific training sessions, sales-driving activities, and effective team deployment.\nDeveloping the Bespoke business by driving team engagement, strengthening product expertise, and implementing targeted actions to grow sales performance and client conversion within the MTM category.\nManaging and nurturing strategic relationships with key Harrods stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment of business priorities, and seamless execution of commercial and operational initiatives within the store environment.\nEnsure the effective execution of onboarding programs for new hires, facilitating their integration into the business. Delivering ongoing in-store training aligned with company guidelines, with a strong focus on brand representation and product knowledge excellence.\nFoster a client-centric culture by developing and implementing effective clienteling strategies. Drive client loyalty and retention through proactive engagement, leveraging all available tools (e.g. client book, performance metrics).\nMonitor team performance and behaviors consistently, providing regular feedback and coaching.
