Our mission is to champion inclusivity, self-expression, and environmental protection.Job Description\nRole Purpose\nAs a Junior Art Director, you will support the development and execution of DoDo’s visual identity across all brand touchpoints, contributing to the creation of compelling creative concepts, visual directions, and communication assets. Your role will combine creative thinking, visual research, and hands-on design, helping translate the brand’s identity and storytelling into engaging and consistent visual experiences.\nAs part of the Image Team, you will contribute to the development and execution of creative concepts across campaigns, brand communications, digital platforms, e-commerce, and retail activations. You will also work on graphic materials such as invitations, cards, and event collateral, as well as the creation and adaptation of visual content for the website and e-commerce channels. Working collaboratively with internal teams and creative partners, you will help ensure a consistent and distinctive brand experience across all touchpoints.\nThrough ongoing research into visual culture, design, fashion, art, and emerging trends, you will help identify relevant references and inspiring creative directions, ensuring that every visual expression reflects DoDo’s distinctive personality and positioning within the luxury jewelry landscape.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development and execution of creative concepts and visual directions across campaigns, digital platforms, e-commerce, brand activations, and brand communications.\nContribute to translating the brand vision into engaging and consistent visual concepts and assets, ensuring alignment with DoDo’s identity and positioning.\nContribute to the development and adaptation of visual content for the website and e-commerce platforms, creating digital assets and graphic materials that enhance the brand experience and ensure visual consistency across online touchpoints.\nDevelop graphic and visual materials for brand communications and activations, including invitations, cards, event collateral, and other print and digital applications.\nConduct creative research across art, design, photography, fashion, culture, and visual trends, gathering references and inspiration to support concept development and creative exploration.\nPrepare mood boards, visual references, presentations, and creative proposals to communicate and develop ideas.\nSupport the planning and execution of photoshoots, content productions, and creative projects, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual direction and creative objectives.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, photographers, designers, and suppliers, to develop and deliver creative assets.\nEnsure quality and consistency across all visual materials, paying close attention to detail and maintaining brand standards across online and offline touchpoints.\nManage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and quality standards are consistently met.\nProfile & Requirements\n3-4 years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar creative role.\nMandatory background in luxury and fashion brands.\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Arts, or a related creative field.\nStrong visual sensibility and a solid understanding of branding, storytelling, visual composition, typography, and design principles.\nStrong graphic design skills, with the ability to develop visually compelling layouts, compositions, and graphic assets across print and digital formats.\nAbility to translate creative ideas into engaging visual concepts and assets across different channels, formats, and touchpoints.\nExperience with digital communication and content development for websites and e-commerce platforms is considered a plus.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of motion design and video editing tools is considered a plus.\nStrong creative research skills, with an interest in art, design, fashion, culture, and contemporary visual trends.\nExcellent attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality creative work in line with brand standards.\nGood organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.\nCurious, proactive, and creative, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external creative partners.\nFluent in Italian and English; knowledge of another language is considered a plus.\nWhat we offer\nIndicative Starting Compensation: €30000\nApplicable CCNL: Orafi e Argentieri\nEligibility to sales incentives as per company policy\nBenefits: in addition to those provided under the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement and by law, further benefits and initiatives are offered in accordance with company policies.\nNote on equal opportunities and non-discrimination: Kering is committed to diversity and inclusion and to providing equal opportunities in employment.
