Talent Acquisition\nAffiancherai la Talent Acquisition Specialist nella raccolta dei fabbisogni e nell'aggiornamento delle Job Description.\nSupporterai le attività di recruiting, dalla pubblicazione degli annunci, allo screening dei CV fino all’organizzazione e alla gestione dei colloqui con i candidati.\nCollaborerai nella gestione dei rapporti con agenzie per il lavoro, società di ricerca e selezione e altri partner esterni.\nSupporterai l'attivazione e la gestione amministrativa di stage curriculari ed extracurriculari, in collaborazione con università, enti formativi e shared services di Gruppo.\nContribuirai all'organizzazione dell'onboarding dei nuovi ingressi, supportando le attività di pre-onboarding, predisposizione delle agende e coordinamento interno.\n2. Learning\nParteciperai a progetti di sviluppo e formazione a livello di Brand e di Gruppo\nCollaborerai all'organizzazione e all'implementazione del piano formativo annuale\nSupporterai l’organizzazione operativa delle iniziative formative, occupandoti della pianificazione delle sessioni, della prenotazione delle aule, della gestione delle convocazioni e del coordinamento logistico e amministrativo\nCollaborerai alla raccolta dei feedback dei partecipanti\n3.
