In addition, the Global Accounting Manager oversees the company reporting activities, ensuring the accuracy, quality and timeliness of financial information while supporting the evolution of the Global Accounting organization.\nJob Description\nKey Accountabilities\nDefine and implement the Global Accounting governance model, ensuring consistent application of accounting standards, policies and procedures across regions.\nAct as the primary point of contact for Regional Accounting teams, fostering collaboration, alignment and knowledge sharing.\nDesign and oversee a structured global accounting reporting framework, ensuring visibility and consistency of accounting information.\nCoordinate and monitor regional accounting activities, ensuring compliance with Group accounting principles and internal control requirements.\nOversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information.\nMaintain overall responsibility for the company reporting activities, ensuring the quality and reliability of accounting outputs.\nDrive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of accounting processes supporting the new Global Accounting operating model.\nPartner with Controlling, Consolidation, Tax, Treasury and other Finance teams to ensure alignment of financial information and reporting requirements.\nLead accounting-related projects, process harmonization initiatives and system enhancement activities at global level.\nMonitor regulatory and accounting developments, assessing their impact on accounting processes and governance frameworks.\nLead, coach and develop the Global Accounting team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nDegree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.\n8+ years of experience in Accounting, Reporting, Audit or Finance roles within complex and international environments.\nExperience managing accounting processes, reporting activities, and cross-functional projects.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAdvanced Excel and reporting tools proficiency.\nFluency in English.\nSalary Package\n Gross Annual Salary: 60.000 € (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).\n NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): CCNL per gli addetti alle industrie manifatturiere delle pelli e succedanei e ombrelli e ombrelloni (unique alphanumeric code: D111)\nMiddle Manager\nBonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Bonus as per company policies and regulations in force from time to time, up to 15% of the Gross Annual Salary.\n Other Benefits:Company canteen / meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant)\nComplementary health insurance\nCompany welfare program (up to quadri)\n\nGucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
