You will contribute to translating strategic direction into actionable guidelines, tools and plans, enhancing client engagement while supporting business priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the execution of global client development initiatives across outreach, private appointments, events and client experiences\nSupport the rollout of strategic guidelines for campaigns, product launches and client activations\nTranslate strategic direction into clear and actionable frameworks for regional teams\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Client Experience, Contact Strategy) to enable effective implementation\nAct as a key point of reference for client engagement tools (Wrike, EMT), supporting adoption and best practices across regions\nMonitor planning effectiveness and performance, partnering with Analytics to ensure continuous improvement\nSupport client development budget tracking and collaborate with Finance on reporting and monthly closure\nContribute to the execution of the global gifting strategy, ensuring alignment and excellence across regional activations\nMonitor gifting and campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations\nMaintain and update client data structures and campaign assets (Luce), ensuring consistency and accuracy\nCollaborate with global stakeholders (Product Marketing, Merchandising, Brand Image) to ensure alignment of client initiatives\nCapture regional and field insights, translating them into actionable inputs\nProfessional Skills\n2+ years of experience in client development, CRM or similar roles, ideally within luxury retail\nStrong understanding of client engagement dynamics\nSolid analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actions\nAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word\nAbility to translate strategy into structured, actionable plans and guidelines\nSoft Skills\nProactive, curious and solution-oriented approach\nStrong business and commercial mindset\nHighly organized, with the ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities\nClear and effective communication across different organizational levels\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities\nAbility to translate needs into concrete actions\nStrong listening skills, with sensitivity to capture field insights\nFluent in English; Italian is a plus\nThis is a unique opportunity to contribute to Gucci’s global client strategy, working across markets and functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
