The role acts as the key Finance partner for inventory monitoring, reporting and analysis, ensuring alignment between business objectives, stock efficiency and financial targets.\nWorking closely with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail Operations and Regional teams, the Inventory Reporting Manager develops reporting frameworks, drives inventory insights and supports decision-making through accurate analysis and actionable recommendations. The role also plays a key part in the continuous improvement and automation of inventory reporting processes.\nJob Description\nKey Accountabilities\nDevelop, maintain and standardize inventory reporting, ensuring consistency and reliability across analyses and reporting outputs.\nDesign and implement new analyses and reporting solutions based on management requirements and evolving business needs.\nCoordinate stakeholders and manage timelines related to the development and implementation of new inventory analyses and reports.\nAct as Project Manager for inventory reporting automation initiatives, coordinating briefings, requirements gathering, testing activities and follow-up with all involved teams.\nPrepare, update and consolidate periodic inventory reporting, analyzing variances between actual results and forecasts and highlighting key drivers of deviations.\nMonitor inventory quality KPIs, including aging, coverage, slow movers and other indicators supporting stock efficiency assessments.\nMonitor Non-Covered Orders (NCO) inventory, ensuring regular follow-up on action plans and alignment with relevant stakeholders.\nMonitor the inventory leftover lifecycle, performing preventive analyses of markdown lists and overseeing the correct allocation and positioning of merchandise.\nConduct ad hoc analyses on product categories showing critical performance indicators in terms of sell-through, stock coverage or inventory exposure.\nCoordinate and monitor global and regional inventory reduction initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up of agreed actions.\nRequirements\nDegree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.\n5-7 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Finance or similar analytical roles.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills.\nGood understanding of inventory dynamics and key inventory KPIs (aging, coverage, sell-through, slow movers, etc.).\nExperience in reporting and performance analysis.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nSalary Package\n Gross Annual Salary: 60.000 € (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).\n NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): CCNL per gli addetti alle industrie manifatturiere delle pelli e succedanei e ombrelli e ombrelloni (unique alphanumeric code: D111)\nBonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Bonus as per company policies and regulations in force from time to time, up to 15% of the Gross Annual Salary.\n Other Benefits:Company canteen / meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant)\nComplementary health insurance\nCompany welfare program (up to quadri)\n\nGucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
