You will support management in day-to-day operations including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.\nYou will make a real difference for each of our clients by offering themuniqueexperienceand turning their dreams into a Gucci creation.\nKey Accountabilities\nOperations\nExecute shipping and receiving process, reporting any issues to Store Director or Operations Manager and taking the necessary steps toresolve;\n\nEnsuretimelymovement of merchandise as directed by Store Director or Operations Manager while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers, RTV’s anddamages;\n\nAssist Store Director or Operations Managerwithidentifying problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly andtimelymanner;\n\nMaintain clear andaccurateoperations documents/procedures for referencepurposes;\n\nSubmit allrequired tax-exempt formsandasreceived;\n\nCommunicate all discrepancies/issuesimmediatelytomanagement;\n\nProcess repairs and damages ona timelybasis according to companyguidelines;\n\nAssistwith physical maintenance of theboutique;\n\nPlace orders as needed for all supplies for the office andstore;\n\nEnsure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.\n\nInventory\nExecuteand ensurean accurateand organized store inventory at alltimes;\n\nPerformstore cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store Director or Operations Manager.\n\nRequirements\nPrevious2-3+ years ofexperience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector.\n\nHigh degreeofethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust andteamwork.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently.\n\nAttention to detailsand accuracy in stock management processes.\n\nKnowledge of stock control proceduresandinventory management software, including receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\nGood communicationskills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and other staff members.\n\nFlexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail industry.\n\nAbility to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes.\n\nWe are passionate makersand boldthought leaders.
