You will support management in day-to-day operations including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.\nYou will make a real difference for each of our clients by offering them unique experience and turning their dreams into a Gucci creation.\nKey Accountabilities\nOperations\nExecute shipping and receiving process, reporting any issues to Store Director or Operations Manager and taking the necessary steps to resolve; \nEnsure timely movement of merchandise as directed by Store Director or Operations Manager while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers, RTV’s and damages; \nAssist Store Director or Operations Manager with identifying problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner; \nMaintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes; \nSubmit all required tax-exempt forms and as received; \nCommunicate all discrepancies/issues immediately to management; \nProcess repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines; \nAssist with physical maintenance of the boutique; \nPlace orders as needed for all supplies for the office and store; \nEnsure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines. \nInventory\nExecute and ensure an accurate and organized store inventory at all times; \nPerform store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store Director or Operations Manager. \nRequirements\nPrevious 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector. \nHigh degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and teamwork. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently. \nAttention to details and accuracy in stock management processes. \nKnowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software, including receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. \nGood communication skills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and other staff members. \nFlexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail industry. \nAbility to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes. \nWe are passionate makers and bold thought leaders.
