The role partners with business leaders and teams on people-related priorities, contributing to the implementation of the People strategy while ensuring alignment with business needs, brand values, and a culture of excellence, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.\nWithin the assigned perimeter, the role supports the development of a sustainable workforce by contributing to talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and the consistent execution of core People processes in complex and dynamic environments.\nJob Description\nKey Accountabilities\nAct as a reliable People partner for head of functions and teams on people and employee-related matters.\nSupport the execution of end-to-end of the key HR processes such salary review, talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development actions.\nContribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and constructive employee relations climate, escalating complex matters when appropriate and working with legal and industrial relations stakeholders when required.\nAssist leaders in managing feedback, performance conversations, and people development in a consistent and fair way.\nContribute to identifying skill gaps and capability needs within the assigned population.\nEnsure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and tools in line with corporate standards and local regulations.\nUse HR data and people indicators to support analysis, reporting, and informed decision-making.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, supporting efficiency, simplicity, and strong employee experience.\nRequirements\nMaster’s degree in law/economics/political science/psychology\nPrevious experience as HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Specialist, preferably with exposure to business stakeholders.\nExperience in HR roles within complex organizational environments, preferably with exposure to leather goods, luxury or fashion industries.\nGood business understanding and ability to build credibility with leaders and teams.\nGood knowledge of HR processes, policies, labor law basics, and employee relations principles.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.\nAbility to work in dynamic environments, managing priorities with flexibility and accuracy.\nHands-on, pragmatic, collaborative, and people-oriented mindset.\nFluency in English (other languages considered a plus, depending on location).\nKey challenges\nSupporting industrial organizations in evolving and fast-changing contexts.\nManaging diverse populations.\nBalancing operational execution with the ability to understand broader business and people priorities.\nGross Annual Salary: 40.000€ unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).\nNCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): Pelletteria, Pelli, Succedanei, Ombrelli e Ombrelloni (unique alphanumeric code: D111)\nOther Benefits:\nCompany canteen\nComplementary health insurance\nCompany welfare program (up to quadri)\nGucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
